Our Process

How we prepare and pack our products

From selecting ingredients to sealing each pack, see the main steps behind our tea and spices.

Our tea process

From tea leaves to a sealed pack

We select tea leaves, check and blend them, then fill and seal the packs. Tea packaging is a key part of our work.

  1. 01 / Source

    Choose the tea leaves

We choose tea leaves for their taste and strength. They are the starting point for every Ginni blend.

  2. 02 / Factory

    Check and prepare the leaves

At the factory, we check the tea leaves before they move through the preparation line. The selected leaves are then ready for blending.

  3. 03 / Blend

    Blend for a familiar cup

For teas such as our CTC range, we blend the selected tea to give each product its own taste and strength. We follow the agreed blend each time, whether the pack carries the Ginni name or a partner brand.

  4. 04 / Package

    Fill and seal each pack

Tea packaging is a key part of our work. On the packaging line, we fill and seal tea packs for Ginni and the brands we work with, following the agreed pack size and label.

Preparing our spices

From whole spices to finished packs

We select and sort the spices, grind or blend them where needed, then check the finished packs.

  1. 01 / Source

    Choose the spices

We choose spices such as turmeric, chilli, and coriander for their colour and aroma. Each batch is checked before preparation.

    Clean and sort

We remove unwanted material and keep each spice separate as it is prepared for the next step.

  3. 03 / Make

    Grind or blend where needed

Some spices stay whole. Others are ground or blended for the product we are making, then packed for sale.

  4. 04 / Check

    Check the finished packs

Before delivery, we check the finished packs for the right weight, seal, and label. We also check spice samples for colour and texture.
